Return Policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, purchases of flowers are not eligible for return unless the order has not yet been prepared.

Purchases of vases or similar products are only eligible for return if they were purchased individually and not bundled with a purchase of flowers. Those purchased individually must still be in excellent condition and within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Flower subscriptions are not eligible for return unless it is before the sign-up deadline for the year. If after the sign-up deadline reasons make you unable to receive your subscription, you may transfer your subscription once to someone else. Original proof of purchase required.
